If I open the printer, after the printer name, it says, "access denied, unable to connect." If I just hover the mouse over the printer after all this, it says "Printer status: deleting Documents:6" even though no documents are listed in the print queue. I have rebooted and this does not seem to effect things.

Sometimes are those things faulty, or it is one of the old kernel mode drivers, which are blocked by default.

We are not talking about attempting to print over the LAN; this is purely a matter of those holding Limited Accounts on the same computer as that to which the printer is attached being denied access to the printer. I just hope that sooner (rather than later) someone is able to come up with a solution!

If it's not, you're having a network problem - and not a printer problem.
